A training management module built for public safety agencies.
VisualLMS is a training management module built for public safety agencies, providing a centralized system to schedule courses, manage training, track certifications, and monitor compliance.
Before VisualLMS, training records were scattered across spreadsheets and disconnected systems, making it difficult to track certifications, coursework, and training history. Administrators lacked an efficient way to assign courses, monitor progress, and maintain compliance.
As the sole UX/UI designer, I designed the module from the ground up. Because VisualLMS integrates into the broader VCS ecosystem, the interface needed to align with the Maverick design system while supporting the unique workflows of training management.
The result is a centralized platform that improves training visibility, simplifies management workflows, and makes required training easy to access and complete.
