Built for public sector employees and supervisors, the app enables users to manage schedules, time entries, requests, and payroll information anytime, anywhere.
The VCS HR Mobile Application brings the core functionality of VisualTIME and VisualPAY into a unified, mobile-first experience.
While VisualTIME was a powerful desktop platform, it was not designed for mobile use. Critical workflows—such as checking schedules, submitting time, or approving requests—required desktop access, creating delays and friction for a workforce that is often mobile.
This project focused on translating complex, compliance-driven scheduling and payroll systems into a streamlined mobile experience without sacrificing accuracy, security, or auditability. As the sole UX/UI designer, I led the design of mobile-first workflows, balancing speed, clarity, and trust within a constrained interface.
