The Jobs4Blue Agent Portal is an internal operations platform used by Jobs4Blue employees to manage the lifecycle of extra-duty job requests.
These jobs connect organizations—such as construction companies, event organizers, and utility providers—with police departments that supply off-duty officers.
Before the redesign, workflows relied on fragmented tools, manual communication, and interfaces not optimized for high-volume scheduling. Agents needed a faster, clearer way to manage requests, communicate with departments, assign officers, and track job status.
As the sole UX/UI designer, I focused on improving usability and supporting the fast-paced environment agents operate in. The goal was to streamline complex scheduling workflows while reducing friction for agents managing large volumes of jobs daily.
The result is a more structured, intuitive interface that supports efficient job management from submission through completion.
